Retained Search - Split in 3 stages
- Start of Recruitment: 25%
- Delivery of Qualified Shortlist: 25%
- Hire of candidate: 50%
Our fee of 20% of annual salary is for all levels (including Executive level search).
If you hire more than 1 candidate from the same shortlist, the additional hires are at a 50% discount (so 10% of annual salary per hire).
- 1 hired candidate
- A Shortlist of at least 3 'qualified' candidates
- Delivery of Shortlist within 3 weeks
- Optional Video of role/company
- Candidate testing
- 3 months rebate period
- Possibility to extend rebate period
- Extend rebate to 6 months (+20,000 DKK)
- Extend rebate to 1 year (+40,000 DKK)
