What does Payne Search offer? We have three core service offerings:

  1. Executive Search
  2. Search and Selection
  3. Onsite Recruitment

Executive Search

Executive Search is the core function of our company. We partner with our clients to help them hire for their key leadership and executive positions. This could be in a range of functions, such as IT, Digital, Finance or HR. We also offer interim executive solutions to our clients, giving them the option to hire the very best experts and leaders at relatively short notice for business turnaround, restructuring and succession planning solutions.

Search and Selection

Search and Selection has been Code Resourcing's expertise, having filled hundreds of positions both in Denmark and also worldwide. Payne Search will continue to offer Recruitment Search and Selection to our key clients, and our service model is on a retained search basis, meaning that we charge at three different stages of the recruitment process. We recruit mostly for in-house corporate positions, predominantly IT and Digital, but also regularly recruit for Finance, Strategy and HR-related positions.

Onsite Recruitment

Onsite Recruitment is a service that makes Payne Search quite unique. I personally thrive being in-house and onsite to help my key clients with major recruitment projects. I like to get inside the business and live and breathe the full recruitment process and project cycle. Onsite Recruitment is very advantageous to our clients who may have large recruitment volumes or a number of key executive-level hires to make, and thus having an experienced onsite recruiter is considerably more cost-effective than outsourcing to a head-hunter. As well as myself – Christian Payne – we also have trusted consultants at Payne Search who can be available for Onsite Recruitment.

Will there be a newsletter?

Yes! Payne Search will now be publishing a monthly digital newsletter, the content of which is of course designed to appeal to our subscribers. The newsletter will feature our latest job openings with our clients, including some exclusive to our subscribers. We will also write a bit about the market, locally or internationally, and what is hot in the world of recruiting for companies. There may also be a section that provides recruitment tips and advice, to help candidates in the search for their next senior career move. Where is Payne Search located?

Payne Search is a Search and Recruitment company located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our key clients and recruitment are mostly based in Denmark, although we source candidates from all over the world, and are very happy to do so. Talent can be found worldwide, with unique skillsets, languages, and cultures, adding different dimensions to the global candidate pool. We also recruit to clients outside of Denmark; notably, hiring Blockchain Engineers and Architects as far afield as Singapore and Australia!

What is the ambition?

It is my ambition to grow Payne Search to become a well-recognised brand of quality within the Executive Search and Recruitment Industry. I would like to fully establish ourselves in the Danish market, partnering with a number of the top companies and brands.
