  • An assessment will always require that competencies are selected in cooperation with Hiring Manager and HR, relevant stakeholders, etc.
  • Regardless of which test you choose, you will always receive a written assessment report. For executive-level recruitment, you will also receive an adapted assessment report
  • Candidates will always receive face-to-face feedback and a copy of their own report
